General Responsibilities:

Under close supervision by higher level inspectors. Handles routine matters of relatively small impact in projects that are not overly complex. Performs various contract administration functions including communicating with Ackerman-Estvold staff, contractors, agencies, etc. Relies on pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform the functions of the job.

General Knowledge Requirements:

Has basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures. With guidance from other inspectors, is able to satisfactorily inspect different construction disciplines.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Minimum of a high school diploma and 2 years of construction experience. May have an Associate's Degree or be a technical school graduate or have a Bachelor's Degree.

Technical: Autodesk Civil 3D; Other: Microsoft Office
